Cypress Pointe Fire/Rescue responded to wreck where a car left the roadway on Union Church Road and struck an occupied mobile home. The mobile home was knocked off it's foundation however, neither the occupants of the house or the car were injured.
The building inspector was contacted and provided direction for the residents as to repairs for the mobile home.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol estimated that the car traveled over 700 feet after leaving the roadway before striking the mobile home.
