Cypress Pointe Fire/Rescue, Moore county EMS were both dispatched to a wreck on Highway 690 which involved three vehicles and closed Highway 690 for approximately one hour. Two patients were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Moore County Sheriff's Office and Vass Police assisted with diverting traffic around the incident and the North Carolina Highway Patrol investigated the wreck.
