CPFR and Moore County EMS were dispatched to a possible head-on collision at the intersection of the U.S. 1 By-Pass and U.S. 1 Business.
Upon the arrival of E-214 they reported two vehicles involved with heavy damage and all of the occupant's still in the vehicles. They were a total of 3 adult patients and 3 pediatric patient. All patient injuries were assessed and ultimately Moore County EMS transported 3 patients to the hospital.
The N.C. Highway Patrol is investigating this wreck.
