Recently, Cypress Pointe Fire/Rescue has been dispatched to multiple wrecks at the intersection of U.S. Highway 1 and Youngs Road. On November 15th, November 20th and November 21st CPFR responded to wrecks at this intersection. While none of the wrecks had life threatening injuries they did have significant impacts.
Approximately 3 weeks prior to these most recent wrecks, a 5 year old child died in a wreck approximately 1/2 a mile from the Youngs Road intersection on U.S. 1.
