CPFR and Moore County EMS responded to a single vehicle accident on Lobelia Road where a car ran off the road and hit a culvert which caused the car to flip over. There was one occupant of the car with significant injuries that was removed from the vehicle and then treated by Moore County EMS and then transported to the hospital.
The N.C. Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
