On Saturday October 30, 2021 Cypress Pointe participated in a County-Wide Water Haul in Moore County. This exercise was designed to move large quantities of water with out the use of a municipal or county water system.
Multiple tankers were tasked with hauling water from two separate ponds to a simulated fire site and multiple drop tanks.
This event is designed to emulate a large rural fire scene where water must be brought to the scene in order to extinguish the fire.
