| Cypress Pointe Fire & Rescue along with other departments from Moore County will be conducting live fire training on a home near the intersection of Murdock C Road and McLaughlin Road starting around 8am on March 7th, 2026.
This training is valuable to new and experience personnel. The training will provide multiple opportunities for several training objectives to be completed. The training will conclude later in the day with a burn down of the structure under controlled conditions.
Once the burn down has been completed and the property is safe for Fire Department personnel and apparatus to clear the property will be turned over to the property owner to monitor. There is a high likelihood that there will be remaining smoke/fire after we depart the site. If anyone has concerns after the Fire Department personnel/apparatus are no longer on scene please do not hesitate to call 911. |
