In November of 2013, Cypress Pointe was approved by Moore County to order a new fire engine to replace an outdated 1986 engine. Over the last several months, the apparatus was specced out and the order was placed with Atlantic Emergency Solutions (Distributor for Pierce Fire Apparatus). Engine 211 is scheduled to be arrive in mid-August

Update from Atlantic Emergency Solutions- 07/18/2014

This week, your new apparatus cab and pump module were mounted on your chassis and the body was being prepped for chassis mounting. Next week, expect the body to be mounted on the chassis followed by installation of wiring, plumbing, trim and other components as progress to continues.
