Just prior to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night, Cypress Pointe Fire/Rescue and Moore County EMS were dispatched to Byrd Road just outside of Vass for an iPhone Notification of a wreck. Upon the arrival of Engine 211 they did not locate a wreck in the area of the dispatch. They drove the area to look for a possible wreck; they soon located a truck that had rolled over approximately a half mile from the originally dispatched address. Crews searched the truck and quickly determined that there was no one in or around the vehicle. The N.C. Highway Patrol is investigating this wreck.
