NC 24/27 Wreck Causes Injury

Engine 243, Heavy Rescue 219 and Battalion 21 responded to a vehicle wreck at N.C. 24/27 and Line Road in our Harnett County District.
The wreck was between a garbage truck and a passenger vehicle, the diver of the truck was not injured but the driver of the car was injured. Engine 221 arrived and assisted with patient care, an EMS unit from Benhaven Emergency Services arrived and transported the victim to the hospital.
N.C. Highway Patrol investigated this incident.
