Cypress Pointe Fire/Rescue, Moore County EMS, Vass Police Department and the N.C. Highway Patrol were dispatched to a wreck on Sunday morning at approximately 4:30 a.m. The wreck involved a single vehicle with no injuries. However, the driver was taken into custody by the Highway Patrol for a possible Driving While Impaired charge. Cypress Pointe personnel remained on-scene until the vehicle was removed by the tow company.
