This week the Moore County Water Rescue Task Forced conducted mutual aid training with the Harnett County's Water Rescue Task Force. The training was conducted at the Cape Fear River with multiple exercises being conducted. Drills included: Boat Operations, retrieving swimmers from the water, rope bag deployment, shallow water diving and Strong Swimmer Drills. This practical application training allows our members to be prepared for swift water incidents that we may respond too. It also allowed our members to work with members from the Harnett County Team in the event that we are deployed together.
